I had an idea to combine one of my favorite foods with a family pack of chicken breast. To say the least; I was not disappointed. It actually came out pretty well given that I coated the chicken with a homemade mix of brown sugar and other spices. The chicken remained moist and the bacon crispy. I should have stuffed the chicken breast with some cheese and vegetables to round out the meal, but didn't think of it until I was knawing on it like a mountain lion. Don't judge me.
