So in Atlanta, it is perfectly normal to wait until you get about a foot in front of the car to your left or right, turn your signal light on and then cut them off.   I guess 1 millisecond is enough warning for you. 

Oh, that half car of free space between the front of my car and the rear of the car in front of me is plenty enough space for you to fit your F350 with a motorhome on back. No worries, you'll just turn on your signal light and pretend you didn't see me.
